Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cooper’s Kitchen. Because our products are edible and crafted in small batches, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to food safety and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible products once they have left our facility.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened products

  • Unopened products

  • Orders placed in error

  • Changes of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Cooper’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
