Cooper’s Kitchen Is Back in Production For A Fresh Batch of Strawberry Fruit Snacks

After selling out our first batch, we’re excited to share that Cooper’s Kitchen is officially back in production. We’ve been in the kitchen perfecting our small-batch process, crafting more of our plant-based strawberry gummies — made with real fruit, lemon juice, and local Georgia honey — so we can restock for everyone who has been asking when we’d be available again.

Our next run will not only be available through TikTok Shop but also on shelves at Jake’s Ice Cream at 755 Virginia Avenue in Hapeville, Georgia, and at the Old Fourth Ward Farmers Market off the Beltline by the Patagonia store in Inman Park. For us, this is more than just a restock; it’s about growing into our local community, sharing real ingredients, and bringing Atlanta something fun, functional, and flavorful.

Why Local Matters: Hapeville, Inman Park, and the Beltline Connection

When we first launched Cooper’s Kitchen, we wanted the brand to reflect Atlanta. From our home base in Hapeville, Georgia, to community staples like Jake’s Ice Cream, to farmers markets in neighborhoods like Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park, our growth is tied to places where people gather, connect, and eat.

  • Hapeville has been the perfect launchpad. It’s a neighborhood known for creativity, culture, and small business pride. Being stocked at Jake’s Ice Cream on Virginia Ave feels like a milestone because it’s a local hub where families and friends hang out.

  • Old Fourth Ward Farmers Market connects us directly with Atlanta locals who care about fresh food, ingredients, and supporting makers. It’s right off the Beltline — a space where community and wellness meet. Selling our fruit gummies here feels natural because they’re both a treat and a functional snack you can enjoy during a walk, after a workout, or just while exploring the neighborhood.

  • Inman Park adds another layer. It’s historic and modern all at once, and with Patagonia right there, it’s a spot that attracts health-conscious, outdoor-loving Atlantans who align perfectly with our mission of real fruit, clean ingredients, and functional benefits.

By expanding into these locations, we’re rooting Cooper’s Kitchen deeper into Atlanta, not just as a product you buy online, but as a snack you discover in the neighborhoods you already love.

Back in the Kitchen: How We Make Each Batch

Each jar of Cooper’s Kitchen gummies starts with real, whole strawberries. We wash, trim, and cook them down into a puree, keeping the flavor natural and vibrant. To that, we add a splash of fresh lemon juice, which not only brightens the taste but also provides natural Vitamin C. Then we bring in Georgia honey, a touch of sweetness that ties the gummies back to our local roots.

Instead of gelatin, we use agar agar, a plant-based thickener derived from seaweed. It’s what gives our gummies their chewy, soft texture — and it also adds fiber. Every jar contains about 3 grams of gut-healthy fiber, making these gummies more than just candy.

Finally, we cut the gummies into classic bite-size bear shapes. They’re soft chew, easy for kids and adults alike, and each gummy comes in at just 5 calories and 0.5 grams of sugar. Ten gummies give you 94% of your daily Vitamin C, making them a functional snack that fits into an active lifestyle.

Why Ingredients Matter

In a world of artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, and preservatives, we wanted to create something different. Ingredients are at the core of Cooper’s Kitchen.

  • Real Strawberries: Grown, picked, and pureed, never from artificial flavoring. Strawberries are naturally high in antioxidants, which support your immune system.

  • Lemon Juice: A source of Vitamin C, adding a tart balance to the sweetness and helping your body absorb nutrients more efficiently.

  • Georgia Honey: A natural sweetener that ties us back to local farms and offers antibacterial properties. It’s sweeter than sugar, so we can use less while keeping flavor intact.

  • Agar Agar: Our secret to staying plant-based. Agar adds fiber and helps digestion while keeping the gummy texture soft and satisfying.

Every batch is proof that you can make something fun and delicious without cutting corners. No artificial flavors, no preservatives, no corn syrup. Just real food, transformed into a gummy.

The Restock: Where to Find Us

Here’s where you can grab Cooper’s Kitchen gummies in this next run:

  • TikTok Shop: Perfect if you want them shipped straight to your door. Our first batch sold out here, and we’re ready to keep the momentum going. TikTok has been an incredible platform to tell our story and connect with a younger audience who loves supporting new, authentic brands.

  • Jake’s Ice Cream (Hapeville): Located at 755 Virginia Ave, Jake’s is more than just ice cream. It’s a neighborhood staple, and we’re proud to share shelf space there. Stop by, grab a scoop, and pick up a jar of gummies.

  • Old Fourth Ward Farmers Market (Inman Park): Coming soon! Located right off the Beltline by the Patagonia store, this market is a gathering place for food lovers and local shoppers. We can’t wait to set up, sample, and sell directly to the Atlanta community.

Building a Brand in Atlanta

Atlanta is known for its food culture, from soul food to fine dining to craft beverages and farmers markets. Launching a brand here means being part of something bigger — a city that loves to eat, support local makers, and discover what’s next.

At Cooper’s Kitchen, our goal has always been to build more than a snack brand. We’re building connections. When someone buys a jar, they’re not just getting fruit gummies — they’re supporting local kitchen time, Atlanta farmers markets, and the idea that better-for-you snacks can still taste incredible.

We’ve had neighbors in Hapeville stop by just to grab a jar. We’ve had TikTok shoppers across Georgia send us messages about how much they loved the soft chew. And we’re about to meet a whole new community at the Beltline. That’s what drives us back into production.

Looking Ahead

This restock is just the beginning. Over the next few months, we plan to:

  • Introduce seasonal flavors (think peach in the summer, apple cinnamon in the fall)

  • Explore partnerships with more Atlanta coffee shops, ice cream spots, and markets

  • Keep growing online through TikTok Shop and Shopify

  • Expand our functional gummy line, including energy and protein versions

But at the heart of it all, the focus remains the same: real fruit, real function, local roots.

Closing Thoughts

Going back into production isn’t just about filling shelves. It’s about answering the people who asked, “When are you restocking?” It’s about bringing real fruit snacks to Atlanta neighborhoods, from Hapeville to Inman Park. It’s about being on TikTok Shop, on shelves at Jake’s Ice Cream, and under the tents of Old Fourth Ward Farmers Market.

If you’re in Atlanta, come find us at 755 Virginia Ave in Hapeville or along the Beltline near the Patagonia store. If you’re online, head to TikTok Shop @cooperskitchen.shop and grab a jar before they sell out again.

We’re proud to be part of Atlanta’s food story, and we’re just getting started.
